Access via A1 freeway
To get to the Vaudoise aréna, just follow the sign "Malley".
From Geneva or la Côte
At the Ecublens interchange, follow the direction "Lausanne-Sud", take the exit n°2 "Lausanne-Malley", then follow the signs "Malley".
From the Valais or the Riviera
Take the highway exit n°9 "Lausanne-Blécherette", then follow the signs "Malley".

Ticketing
Where to buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly from the organizer's box office. Please click onto the link under the show you would like to attend to order them.
Is there an age limit for the events?
Each minor must be accompanied by a legal representative. For some concerts, unaccompanied teenagers under the age of 16 are not allowed (the age limit is specified on the event page in question).
Can noise be a problem?
At some concerts, the music can be quite loud. Earplugs are available at the entrances of the Vaudoise arena.
What to do in case of cancellation?
In case of a cancellation, please contact the organizer directly.
PMR
What are the facilities offered by the hall?
All our accesses to the room are to the standards PMR. In addition, special seats are reserved for you.
Are there any reserved seats?
Yes. These are indicated on the floor plan. Depending on the website where you book your seat, you will need to send an email to confirm the booking of your disabled access seat.

Lost and found ?
If you lose an item, it will be brought to our offices at the Vaudoise arena. Please come and pick it up during our opening hours (Monday to Friday: 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm, Chemin du Viaduc 14, 1008, Prilly).
Authorized bag size
If your bag is no larger than an A4 sheet (21 x 29.7 cm), you can keep your bag with you. You can also access a locker to the right of entrance C (inside and outside). Please note that this locker closes at the end of the show.
